My downloads won't stay downloaded.

I'm on an iPhone 6 software is updated to 10.2. My songs won't stay downloaded for offline listening. I am a premium member. How do I fix this. In my opinion it is not an option to delete my music. Looking for a fix.

I'm having same problem. They will stay downloaded for a week and all of a sudden they are all gone. Happened three times. I think I'll switch to Google play
