My local files playlist is gone

I've had to make a new itunes account and have receltly redownloaded spotify onto my iphone 6 again, today I tried to add my local files to my playlists, these files play on my computer and on my phone's music app but only some are able to be played on the spotify app. The local files playlist is missing from my app so I can not check there to see if they have loaded correctly.

I've redownloaded the playlist that featured those songs and now none of those songs play.
