Next song skips to anywhere from 20-45 seconds

Next song in playlist skips ahead to anywhere between 20 and 45 seconds. Does this whether connected to bluetooth or not. Started happening with the most recent update. I own an iPhone X

I have since determined that it is one playlist that has this issue. “Dubstep Don” skips ahead for every song. I can understand if this is meant to keep the beat going. But as a person who enjoys this music it is frustrating to restart every new song at the beginning. Is there some setting to turn this off? Or is it something implemented by Spotify? I would greatly appreciate it if this setting was removed. Thank you
