Playlists only shuffle when skipping songs

Solved!

Playlists only shuffle when skipping songs

All of my playlists, whether it be my daily mixes, or my liked songs or my own playlists only playback on shuffle. So if I load a song, then click next song it shuffles. It never goes in order if the songs on the playlist. I cannot find an option to toggle or switch this anywhere? Any ideas?

Hi @steelerspride

I just wanted to double check that you don't have the shuffle mode on. If you do then that is your issue but if you don't, I would recommend deleting Spotify off your phone and then reinstall it.

Hi @steelerspride,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

To follow up to what @Keanu_C said and answer your question, there is an option to switch Shuffle play on and off.

Have a look at this support page article to find out how the option works on your iPhone X and any other device you might be using.

Let us know whether this helped and we can do anything else for you 🙂
