Have you tried running a clean reinstall of the app as described here? It would also be really helpful if you could ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and check if the issue persists in their account.

Great troubleshooting so far! It's also a good idea to check if this happen while using a different internet connection.
We'd suggest that you try logging into a friend or a family member's device to check if you'll experience the same. This will help us understand if the issue is device related.
On another note, you mentioned you've reinstalled the app, but have you followed the steps in the link that @MihailY shared in his reply? There are a few extra steps in the article and by following them - you'll make sure that all old files that might be causing trouble are gone and you have the latest version of the app.

If you're on free, what is described in this thread is the expected app behaviour.
