Says i Dont have premium but i do!

So 2 days ago Spotify tells me im not a premium member, thing is that i am. Through My phonebill i pay for premium every month and i have been for a while.
Now when i log on, it shows 0 tracks on all My playlists. When opening them, the tracks are there but in grey. Clicking the songs results in a new window opening telling me about premium. I have done everything. Reinstall/ relog/ even reinsalling My Phone... I have read other threads with this issue and tried their solutions but nothing works.. So all i had left was to write to you here!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

First thing to check out is make sure your online account still says you are on premium? 

If it is, and you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the app.

Hello again. I just checked and it says i have the free version. How can this be when im charged each month on My phonebill? Which i have paid as well...

Yes, I since i can see My playlists and recent payments, in sure its the right account 🙂

If you are paying for Spotify through a partner company, then I would suggest you get in touch with them to see what is going on, especially if you are definitely logging into the correct account. Unfortunately, your upgrade will have been done on your phone operators systems so Spotify support most likely won't be able to look into that for you.

I'm in the same situation yesterday I was listening to music on my premium and now it says I dont have premium
