Spotify Free Trial on Sprint mobile phone

I recently signed up for spotify and stupid of me, I clicked to start a premium free trial on my phone.

It didn't ask for any card registry or anything so I'm concerned that it will charge on my phone account after the premium free trial is over.

What do I have to do to cancel my trial? I tried already from other questions but It says "You are registered for Spotify Premium until 2014-06-29. After this period your account will become a Spotify Free account. 
Sprint Customers: Users accepting a trial will remain on Spotify Premium and will be billed up to $9.99/mo on their Sprint bill and may cancel at any time."

So how do I cancel my trial for my phone?

You are a Sprint user? If not there's no action needed. You'll drop back to free after 7 days.
