Hey there, welcome to the Community. It's worth trying restarting your iPhone by holding the Home button and the Lock button together for about 10 seconds until the screen goes black. That fixes a lot of non-responsive app problems on iOS devices.

I am relocating from London to Germany and I want to cancel my direct debit for the premium . how do I cancel??

Hi I am also having a similar problem. I enjoy using the spotify web player, however whenever I try to press play, nothing happens. I tried restarting my computer, however, nothing happened that would fix this problem. I have a chromebook, although I dont know why that would matter because its the webplayer. Thanks.
