My Question or Issue

When I start playing one of my playlists on my phone it has started playing a lot of tracks that are not even on that playlist (and in most cases, not any of my other playlists). How can that happen?

Hi @DamLandberg!

Could you check if Smart Shuffle is enabled for the playlist? The feature adds song recommendations to the queue which you can decide to keep in the playlist. To turn it off, open the playlist, tap the Shuffle button and switch to regular play/shuffle.

It's also worth checking if Autoplay similar content is toggled on in the app's Settings > Playback. The feature will automatically generate a new queue with recommended songs for you once the current one ends. You might also have some leftover tracks in the queue from a previous listening session - you can remove with the Clear queue button.

Hope this helps. Cheers!

Thanks Yordan. Thanks for getting back, but that was not it. I realised yesterday that the problem was that tracks that were already in the queue were not being removed when I switched to a new playlist. Have a nice day.
