The button to share my lyrics has disappeared, and I can’t fix It.

I used to be able to share my lyrics, but now the button to share lyrics will not even come up. I’ve offloaded the app re-download it, logged out. Nothing will fix it.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Could you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row to see if that makes the difference? We know it sounds odd, but this will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

If this doesn't do the trick, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

I followed each of those steps and the button is still not there. I have an iPhone 12 and I’m updated to iOS 16.4.1 as well.

Could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your iPhone to check if they can see this option on your device with their account?

On another note, would you mind sending us a screenshot of how the lyrics look like on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

We'll be on the lookout.
