View all Downloaded music (iPhone)

I have an iPhone with the latest versions but still I don't see the download "menu". Some of my friends have the download menu and have iPhones.. why?
I have to go into the for example album list and filter on downloaded albums, and then into the playlist menu to look what playlist that are downloaded. My friends has a downloaded menu viewable from the library menu, and can see EVERYTHING that is downloaded on the iPhone, I'm just one click.. why is it so?

I believe that this feature is still rolling out to all users. Hopefully you'll have it soon 🙂
