Why do I get a mental health notice just by typing the single letter "s"?

I mean, it's good that the message exists and all, but my point is the search term above – the single lowercase letter "s". How is the lowercase letter "s" cause for alarm? And correlated with body dysmorphia?
My guess is that your answer will be "it's an AI, we don't know how it works".

I searched the entire rest of the alphabet out of curiosity, and none of them gave me the same or any other notice. I even searched much more directly related terms like "suicide" and "kill me" and "I'm fat" and no notices anywhere. So what's so bad about the single letter "s"?
