Will Spotify for iOS be able to take full advantage of my 64 gig iPhone?

Solved!

Will Spotify for iOS be able to take full advantage of my 64 gig iPhone?

Hey Spotify Community, quick question.

This past summer I got an old old 64 gig iPod Touch with the intention of storing my whole Spotify library offline on it. To my dismay, the app only synced about 12 gigs of it before it stopped syncing music. I tried many times, uninstalling the app and even wiping the iPod once, because I eventually accepted that were was some limitation stopping me from putting more than 12 gigs of music on the otherwise clean iPod. I plan on getting an iPhone 6 soon, and I'm dying to know, if I get the 64 gb version, will I encounter the same issue?? I have been under the assumption that the reason I encountered that issue was because the iPod touch was so old, and that a brand new iPhone with the up to date iOS would allow me to dedicate the majority of my phone's memory towards saving music to offline mode. But it would be nice to get this confirmed before I shell out an extra 100 bucks to see if it works!

Currently Spotify only allows 3,333 songs from Spotify's music catalog to be synced for offline use per device.

So, you will probably end up with the same problem using the iPhone 6.

If you want Spotify to get rid of this limit, I suggest you add a kudo to this idea here:

The current status of the idea is "not right now" but since Spotify has been growing it's likely that they could remove this limit in the future.
