can't login to iphone but able to log onto web

Found some post on this, and it looks like a Spotify CSR posted to include the following information to help out.

• iphone 7 plus
• ios 12.4
• Can't login to check but I just did a clean install on 8/5/10

My Question or Issue

Unable to log onto iphone Spotify app but went through the process of resetting password and clean install and able to log onto web.  What i did notice today and what made sense with antoher person posting with this issue is that my account somehow is mixed with another country or user, I saw a lot of spanish channels and songs, playlist i never listen to.
