This type of issue, related to the login process, is commonly caused by some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article, as it will replace all damaged files and ensure you're running the latest app version. 

 

It's also worth checking with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it could be network-related.

 

If the issue persists, and if you have the error message, "You're offline. Check your connection and try again" we'd recommend checking out this ongoing issue as it is currently being investigated by internal teams. We'd also suggest adding your vote with the thumbs-up button and subscribing to it to be aware of any relevant updates posted there.
