iOS app crashing when disconnecting from car

My Question or Issue

When getting out of my car, the app continues to play, the iOS media controls fail to respond and the app UI freezes, requiring a force quit to end playback. An important note is that I am a Car Thing user.

I can read your post as per my knolage i give you some suggestion please see below and folow inst..

Try these steps:

Disconnect Car Thing and close the app before exiting the car.
Update the app to the latest version.
Restart your iPhone to refresh system functions.
If the issue persists, contact Car Thing support for further assistance.
