iOS app stuck on sign-on screen

Recently I cannot open my Spotify app. The app gets stuck on the sign-on page with the "three dots" loading screen. I use facebook to sign in.

I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but the same problem persists. I'm currently using iOS 9.3.2.

Please help as it's frustrating not being able to log into my paid subscription.

Have you restarted your device after uninstalling and then reinstall when you turn on your device?

I have the same problem if i use iT on mobile internet spotify only work on WiFi
