local files to iphone

local files to iphone

im having issues with syncing local files to my iphone; they show up on the desktop player but i can only see them on my phone when the devices are connected and im playing the song on my pc. ive got both connected to the same wifi, ive tried making a seperate playlist for the song but it does not show up at all. please help
