"Show Activity" option being changed without permission

Using spotify on iPhone 5 running current iOS version. 

In the settings pane, under "Social", I keep the option for sharing my listening on facebook set to "off", but I routinely see my listening activity show up on facebook anyway. I go back and check that this option is unchecked only to find that it has been switched to "On" without my permission or input.

I don't want to broadcast my spotify feed to facebook and would like to get this resolved.

@tensoreveryday Are you still having this problem with the app?

Can you go to your Facebook account here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and go to Spotify and change the privacy options to "only me"

Than you will only see the notifications and it will not get broadcasted to other friends.
