I am not able to stream Spotify on my phone. I get this message " Only Premium Users can stream on demand". I have a premium account. I reinstalled spotify on my phone, logged out of the spotify on mac and reinstalled it on mac too. Its still not working on my phone. This is frustrating and highly irritating!!!!

Yes, this is the reciept number 191501185018. It does not let me stream any song. I have all the playlists which I have subscribed to but cannot stream them on my phone. I could stream them from my mac though.
How long ago did you upgrade? Sometimes it can take a little time for the upgrade to take effect across all of your devices.

I can confirm that your account is Premium. You are probably suffering from a delay between the payment server and your mobile app. Logging out and then logging back in tends to clear this problem.

How long does it usually take? I got the subscription on 3 days back. The free trial got over yesterday evening.

I cannot stream on my iPhone. Everything works on my Mac. I rebooted, deleted and reinstalled app, followed the advice of the Community Help page. Account info:

How did you log in on your iphone? Try logging out and back in using the same credentials you used on your desktop - I'd guess your spotify username/password rather than a facebook login. If that doesn't work, please post in the official thread and one of the staff will take a look.

Thanks for your response. I was streeming on my phone when I frist subscribed with a premium package last week but decied to expand to my iMac. The only response was to change my password. I have been working on this problem with Spotify with the same reponse...change password. I prefer Spotify to iTunes. These folks seem untouchable via a cell phone or a live session on line.
