spotify web player not working on mobile

i have been trying to use the spotify web player on my iphone and it keeps giving me an error “spotify can’t play this right now” its giving this error on every track i tap and it immediately skips to the next track and gets stuck.

i have tried using it on a phone that is up to date and i also used a premium account but it still won’t work i wanna know if someone else is having this issue? and how i can fix it

also it worked just fine like a week ago and currently doesnt get stuck when i use it on my ipad

Could you try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser on your phone?

Does the issue occur on wifi and on mobile data connection?

i just cleared it out and the same error is popping up when i try to play a track

also yes ! but i just tried using a different internet connection to see if it works but im still getting the same error

Thanks for your reply. 

We suggest making sure the browser is updated. You can check out this link from the Apple site to know how to update the apps on your device. Also, try using the Web Player from an incognito/private tab on your browser. And try using a different browser from the same device to check if you get the same error. 

Lastly, let us know which browser you're using.

Ah thankk you for replying and for the suggestions !! i did try all of this before and i still got the same error 

but right now without tweaking anything it has started working again on its own

idk what caused the error or what fixed it but i really appreciate the help so thank you so much !!!
