Hello,
In september I cancelled the Premium subscription following the instructions that appear in your FAQ. However, my suprise has been that I have been charged the fee this month... I havent used this acoount ever since. I think this can be checked.
I have cancelled again the subscription but even though it appears that it has been done, it appears again in my account.
I need to contact directly with Sportify to try to solve this inconvenience but I dunno how.
Could someone help me fix this and get back my money?
