Hello!
So I have the following issue. I used to live in the States and had a usual Spotify account (associated to facebook) with premium account linked to a US Credit card. Today I live in Chile, but I was still using my "USA" account which I still pay everymonth for the premium service with a valid US card. The thing is that today I don't know how, my spotify logged in to a "NEW" account from "Chile", which had no premium and has none of my playlist. I thought that by paying for premium this problem would be solved, well it did not. Due to this I also lost all my synced offline tracks on all my devices.
Now I have two accounts, same facebook, same user:
Nassam Estibill (facebook email n4z@live.com) with all my playlists and followers--> paying with a US Credit card
Nassam Estibill (facebook email n4z@live.com) with NO playlists, and NO followers--> paying with a Chilean credit card
I would like to see the possibility of merging my both accounts, recover my playlists and followrs, but continue paying with my chilean credit card.
Thank you very much
