2 Months Premium for 99c

Hi everyone 

I am brand new to spotify, have never tried it before. And decided to try the 2 months of premium at 99c offer. I created an account, and I got this error "Unfortunately, you're ineligible for this offer because you've previously signed up for a Premium trial or subscription." 

I know I have never even had an account before, but I think, ok, perhaps theres been a glitch, so I recreate an account using my work email. same error message.... does anyone have any ideas? Or how do I contact technical support?
