Account access and support

i have never encountered such a problem trying to contact a company and find contact details to directly email them - surely with the ability to have communication methods like X you can have a simple email service?

I had an account set up for a business, the business has since been sold and the new owners have not removed my card off their billing. The email seems to have been altered and I need access to this so I can cancel the subscription as I am not paying for something I am not using.
