Account hacked

I had an account ( Premium) on Spotify and I used to Log in with Facebook. When I was on my computer doing some stuff sudenly spotify started playing music which I never heard of, so I paused. After a couple of seconds it was on again. I realised that there where also other playlist which I never had seen before, so I figured that my account was hacked. So I went to the website to change my password, but my email adress and password was already changed so I couldnt do much. And after a couple of days I couldnt log in with facebook anymore and my account is lost. Im still paying for it, can somebody help me retreive my account?

Firstly, you mentioned that your email and password were both changed for your Spotify Premium account. Its required that you verify the email change so most likely this hacker has access to your email as well. I highly recommend changing your password to something long and secure. Write it down somewhere and put the piece of paper in a safe place until you have it memorized.

Secondly, if you are still paying for your Spotify Premium, it means that you have not cancelled your payments to the account. I would recommend stopping the payments on your Spotify Premium account, that can be done by going to the source of the payments, whether its a credit card, debit, or Paypal. As for retrieving your actual account, I would recommend going through the account recovery proccess. You should have a security code when you upgraded to Spotify Premium, its possible that can help recover your account. 

If you have done all this and your account is still being used, try contacting Spotify Support (https://support.spotify.com/us/) and explain the situation to them. 

If you do get your account back, I would recommend changing your spotify email and password immediately. If you wanted to be extra secure, you could set up a new email (either gmail or yahoo): they are free and easy to set up, its well worth it to keep your Premium account secure as possible.

Hopefully this helps you recover your account or at least stop the Premium account from draining your money.
