My Question or Issue

It´s a little complicated. When I signed up, I started an abo as a student (5€mtl). However, my account somehow splitted in two accounts. One account with the username 11135330166 and one account with the username Romano130273 (which was once used to be my password. Something went wrong somehow).

Account one doesn´t have an abo. I never used it, even it´s the one connected to my Email adress. Account two used to be my main account. Now the problem is, that Spotify tells me, that this account doesn´t even exist (I´m still paying for it, and Spotify sends me the bill to my Email.) 

I basically have an account with premium which officially doesn´t even exist according to the log-in page, and where I also can´t log in, and a free account without anything.

Now I would like to delete 11135330166, and chose Romano130273 my account. How to do so? Or if there´s some support to help me with that. I know, it´s complicated. Something went terribly wrong.

First things first - you can go ahead and close the account on the free version of Spotify by following the steps in this support article.

 

Once you've done that, if you're having trouble logging into your other account, make sure to check out this support article to get back into it.
