Account isnt updating to premium?

This morning I took advantage of the two months free premium, and purchased it. I recieved a text saying I am subscribed etc, but whenever I try and go on it says, "Loading please wait

Your payment is being processed.

We will update your account as soon as the payment is confirmed."

It has been processing for six hours now, I want my premium account. Help?
