Account not active

Account not active

My original account is saying that the email is not associated with an active Spotify account. It was working perfectly last night. Please help.

Is this happening across all of your devices? Try to reset your password here and see if it helps.

I have similar problem than Wheresaldo513. My original account noted me that the e-mail address is not associated with an active Spotify account. I can't login. I tried to reset my password so many times, but it doesn't work. I uninstalled the application from my phone, cleaned the cache and installed the application again, but it doesn't work. Pls help! Thx!
