My Question or Issue

I was added to a family plan, but I have still be charged monthly for the premium fee. I tried cancelling everything that I could see on my account and then re-adding the family plan, but I am still being charged. What should I do and is it possible to be refunded for the months that have been paid double?

Hey @kirstenalychia,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

It sounds like you might have another Spotify account that’s still subscribed to Premium. I’d recommend checking out this guide to see if you have any other accounts you might’ve forgotten about.

 

If you find one, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscription on that account. Once that’s sorted, you can also close the extra account if you’re no longer using it, so it doesn’t cause any confusion in the future.
