Bad Hulu Activation link

Recently renewed premium, and I am trying to link my Spotify to Hulu. When I activate the link to go from Spotify to Hulu it gives me a 400 error and says bad request. Any suggestions to get around this or a solution?

If you intianly subscribed to the offer of Spotify with Hulu, you won't be able to renew the same subscription as the Spotify + Hulu offer isn't available anymore.

When you resubscribed, you got the regular Premium account.
