Been Charged Twice for Premium since Feb 2016

I checked my balances today on my credit card and Paypal accounts and found something pretty horrifying. 

Apparently since February 20, 2016 I have been charged for Spotify Premium each month, twice. This has been going on longer than a year.

Initially to streamline the process, I went and used Paypal to handle the autopayment. But it was only when I enabled PayPal receipts on FB Messenger that I noticed that I was getting charged twice, on different days. 

On the 20th of the month, I'd get charged $9.99 for Spotify through a pre-approved payment on PayPal.

But the very next day, on the 21st I'd get another charge of $9.99 to my account.

Something I find interesting is that one, the payments are different dispite happening at the same time. Both of them confirmed that I signed up for Spotify Premium on Feb, 20th. 

But one charge is $169.83, and the other is $159.84

Another thing that's odd is the language describing what the description is.

One billing description says: 30 day of recurring Spotify Premium

But the other states: 1 month of recurring Spotify Premium

To clarify. I paid for Spotify Premium for one account. Why am I getting charged twice?
