Can't activate premium

Yesterday i opened spotify in my phone, like every day, to find out that my premium has disabled magically, and the credit card data has been deleted from my account. When i tried to re-enter the information into my account i got this error "Oops, it looks like your card or payment provider are having a bad day. Do not worry, it is not loaded payment. Try again or use another payment method" and i cant activate premium.
If someone could help me with this i would really appreciate it.
