Hi,
I've tried to change my password - my spotify account is linked to my facebook accont - so i've tried changing it numerous times but it hasn't updated.
Someone else knows my previous password and keeps logging into my premium account - causing mine to pause constantly.
Please can you help me update my password ASAP.

I've done that - doesn't make a difference.
I change it via the link you sent and then forced al devices to be logged out - didnt change the password.
Just tried again - and tried loggin in with the new password and it isn't correct. Still the old password

whenever I try i get this error message (in attached image)
Ah, that is the classic duplicate account error. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand with this (by removing the extra account).
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
