Can't change country so can't use Family Plan!

Can't change country so can't use Family Plan!

I live with my family in Singapore. I signed up for Family Plan and used my Singapore address when I signed up. 

 

When my family tried to join the Family Plan, it said that they couldn't join because we are not in the same country. But we are! 

 

I tried to change my country in the Account settings, but it is grey-ed out. I saw from other responses that the only option is to revert to a free account and then change my country. But that means I have wasted a month of Family Plan fees. This issue should have been flagged when I entered my address as an address in Singapore. How do I apply for a refund of the fees?

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
