Can't change my country

My Question or Issue

I cannot change my country from UK to Germany - so hence I cannot update my billing method to pay from my German account. When i try to change the country to Germany, i get an error message saying it cannot be done. How do I resolve this?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Is the current Premium subscription still active while you try changing the country settings? If so, you won't be able to change it. The subscription should first be cancelled and left to expire and then you can change the country settings to update the payment method.
