Can't remember my email but I remember my ID

Hi

Today I had been logged out of my account automatically for some reason. When trying to log back in it says that the password is incorrect when that is not true.

Nevertheless, I can't remember the email linked to my account but I do know my spotify ID. Is there any way to know what email is linked to my account by knowing the ID?

I desperately  need my account back and without the email I'm not able to reset my password.

I registered with my phone number, but, every time I try to log in with the code it says "There has been an error. Please try again or visit our help area."
