Can't verify for student subscription?

So, I could actually find that my school is eligible for the student discount. Unfortunately I can't verify my information to confirm though. This manual verification requires me to attach some kind of files which seems complicated!

How do I solve this? Should I verify using my registered school name and school email aswell?

When i signed up for the student discount, I used registered school name as well as university email. Sorry for not much of an explanation, my account verfied right away with that information.
