Ciao! Mi sono iscritta alla versione prova di spotify, e in questi giorni mi arrivano dal vostro servizio un sacco di email in cui c'è scritto che fra qualche giorno comincerò a pagare. Io non sono interessata a continuare il suo utilizzo, come devo fare per eliminare il mio account?? Grazie

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can delte your account for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Ho un abbonamento unlimited. Ho la necessità di cancellare il mio account, ma il contact form non funziona. Ho provato molte volte, ma si ferma al primo step e non si riesce ad inviare il messaggio. Come devo fare? Grazie
