Cancelling Premium Subscription from Forgotten Account

Cancelling Premium Subscription from Forgotten Account

It has come to my attention that I have another premium account tied to my card. I have no idea what email this account is under, let alone the username, but I know for a fact that I signed up for another, regualr account on my phone. I do not remember subscribing for premium, but that does not matter.

 

I have gone through the troubleshooting page which tells me how to look up accounts logged on by device (which was extremely informative), but I cannot explore my phone's records, as it needs to be rooted and it physically cannot be rooted at this time (I have a Moto Droid Turbo 2 and no rooting method has been established yet).

 

My concern is the $9.99/month that is being charged to my card for something I cannot use. Any practical recommendations are appreciated.
