Cannot Cancel Subscription

Hey,

I have checked a few places on the Account tab and I have looked up how to cancel my subscription online and where I should be able to cancel there is no option there to do so. There is nothing whatsoever except it saying that I will be charged again in x amount of days.

I have followed a link I have found on the community page too and it doesnt let me log into my account there and cencel either. 

How can I then cancel my subscription? I cannot afford it at this current period in time and It has really started to frustrate me now.

There is no Update Details button on the Subscription page. What do I do now?
