My Question or Issue

Hey, what's up. I want to change my account's region to an English speaking country, I live in Iran and I am aware that Spotify is not available in my country but I have 6 years of music on this account and I can't just let it go like that. the current region is set on Germany, I can buy premium it's not a big deal but my actual question is that will it go back to the previous region when my premium subscription is over? I want to change it because German is a hard language for me and the ads are quite annoying for me because I can't understand.

Hey @SideswipeMotiee,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm not aware of any case where the country setting would update automatically (except when updating the payment method to one from a different country (where Spotify is available)).

Spotify are launching in new countries as often as possible though. 

Be sure to check https://newsroom.spotify.com/ from time to time to be the first to hear 🙂
