Charged full price when I have the student discount

I have had the premium student discount for over a year now and for the past three months Spotify has been charging me the regular price for premium. I am still a student. How do I get a refund for those months?

You have to renew your Student Discount subscription every year. Please cancel your subscription and renew it here:

If you have read the Terms and Conditions for the offer, you know that you must do it every year, so they might not give you a refund. But if you want to try it, please use this page:
