Charged three times for premium and got nothing

Charged three times for premium and got nothing

I tried to sign up for premium using the college discount, first of all, when I select my college and insert all my information it says that my information isn't valid even though it is and my college was even in the suggested colleges. On top of that, I tried it three times and every time it was denied, however I've still been charged for three months and I have gotten NOTHING! I just want the college discount and premium. A reply and solution would be greatly appreciated.

You may get in touch with Spotify by following this link to send an e-mail.
