Who else feels it's time to force Spotify to start acting like a grown up company and actually support its customers that it takes money from? It's been 2 months since I was charged for my intro premium see service. I have yet to get said service on any device. I received one email from Spotify support asking for details.Since my reply, nothing. I have responded asking for updates three times, with no response. The community mailer emails are a joke, bur they do give me an idea of how many other customers are being hung out to dry.
Spotify has no problem taking our money, but when it comes ro delivering what is being offered, they're coming up short. They do not seem too eager to change that any time soon.
Enough is enough already.

i'm in.  i was going to start a new thread myself.  someone hijacked my account, i've emailed support multiple times, tweeted multiple handles, and have yet to hear anything.  i'm going to email their legal support team and threaten a lawsuit.
