Deactivation

I'm trying to deactivate my account for this long month because I don't have any money in my account. I really need this resolved, for two, three months I've been trying to cancel but I can't. Please help

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

When I go to the subscription page it tells me they are working on it and it will be back soon. How am I to deactivate this account then. I am being charged every month and need to get it off my account. NOW
