Spotify account created under DNSd connection

Hi! I'm writing from Italy and I've got quite an annoying issue going on... I created my account at a friend's place and it stopped working after 14 days of use... I later discovered he's changed his DNSs to fake his connection as coming from the US, so my account shows as American now, while I live and stay in Italy all year long!

The account settings don't allow me to switch to another region and the FAQs about that don't show up... I mean, when I click on "How can I change my country settings?" the drop-down opens but nothing is written in there...

I'd like to keep my account Free... Thank you!!
