Delete my old Spotify account (linked to Facebook).

Hello everybody, can you help me?

So, I created a new Spotify account, 'cause I don't like the last nickname. The old account is connected with my Facebook. A year ago, I sent a message to Spotify asking to close the old account. But the account sill exists! Now, I want to link my new Spotify account to Facebook, but I can't 'cause the old Spotify account is connected too! How can I solve it? Anyone can help me? I sent a new message to Spotify, but... No answer!

UP!

[Edit]: I solved the problem contacting again the Spotify Support. The (old) account was deleted, now I can link again my Facebook profile to another Spotify account.
