Did I get cheated?

I wanted to try the first three months for 0.99 a month and used a $10 Spotify gift card (It doesn't say 1 month it says $10) which just loaded a month onto the account, so am I now uneligible to participate in the promo because I got a gift card for Father's Day and didn't sign up initially with a credit card? Just feel cheated in the situation and probably won't sign up if I can't get the same deal everyone else is getting 😞

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you first will have 3 months for 0,99 and after that you'll get a fourth month for the gift card you used.
