Giftcard code doesn't work

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

I bought a giftcard from Target today and when i got home the code was invaild (annoying) I NEED MY MUSIC.

 so i emailed spotify like 2 hours ago (still no response). so i called target and they told me to bring it in with my reciept for a new one so i drove all the way back to target 20mins away from me and got a new card. now IF I WASNT ANNOYED ENOUGH ALREADY THIS ONE IS NOT VAILD EITHER IM LITERALLY SO FUSTRATED THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND TO ME BEFORE.

I went back to Woollies to get mine replaced and they said it was registered so won't replace it. Splatify said there is nothing they can do. Since then I've noticed part of the code is missing when compared with the previous card so was obviously typed badly. Since when was that my fault??

I wonder how many more are like this.

It's just ridiculous even the lady at the register said it "happeneds sometimes" but really the new one you gave me doesn't work I wish Spotify would help me out here no hotline ugh

This is truly rediculous

I have contacted Spotiy with a customer help email, I've sent them three emails in total and they've reponded twice with the the same question. I've sent them images of the card and the activation receipt but nothing in response.

And this is service...

As I said in another post, they are probably too busy counting their millions to worried about 1 irrate customer. I absolutely guarantee if it was sales issue and I told them I wanted 40,000 gift cards, they would be all over me like a rash.

Very close to giving to giving it all away.
